Who we are
Kozy (kozy.casa) designs and builds passive, automated wooden houses, starting near Fátima, Portugal. Kozy is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: ola@kozy.casa.
What we collect
When you create an account: your first and last name, email address, phone number if you give it, your preferred language, and the choices you made in the simulation.
If you sign in with Google: the name and email address of your Google account. We do not receive your Google password or access anything else in your account.
Technical data needed to keep you signed in (session cookies). We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To create and keep your client area, give you an indicative estimate, contact you about your project as you agreed, and, if you go ahead, prepare a site visit, a quote and the construction follow-up.
Legal basis: your consent, and the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who processes it
Supabase (database and sign-in, servers in the European Union), Vercel (website hosting) and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). They act on our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. If no contract follows, we delete your data 3 years after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to its use, by writing to ola@kozy.casa.
You can also complain to the data protection authority: CNPD in Portugal (cnpd.pt) or CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
